If you are only going to accept one kind of credit card, put your ATM back in the building and also post that you do not accept credit cards, so people know before wasting time in line.
Pay online, it's better. Just make sure to have the funds available.
Did you know when you pay automatically its cheaper
Not very efficient...lots of workers playing with their phones and taking pictures while people sit and wait for service.
The office closes at 6, but there is a drive up/drop off near the road
Convenient drive-up payment box at the entrance to the Carroll Street location.
Kua is a bunch of crooks
