Amazing resort ! It's part of the Banyan Tree group of resorts which makes the standards of this resort obviously high! It's even very close to the XANA beach club.

Great location, big and nice rooms with fantastic view ! Wonderful private beach ! Friendly and careful staff !

Hotel is modern and beautiful. The service is magnificent. Workers are really kind and helped my elderly father a lot. E.g drove him directly to our bungalow with the cart, helped him with the stairs

Villas with the lake view are great. Open air bath in those villas are amazing.

Very big, nice & clean rooms ... Friendly & helpful hotel staff ... Hotel has got its private beach which is quiet n away from crowds...

The Pool was very great. The Room is Great! Really Helpful and Friendly staff .

Отличный пятизвездник! Хороший пляж , инфраструктура . Не рекомендую оставлять депозит, лучше воспользоваться услугами ресторанов в chaba. Деньги лучше менять там же в супермаркете . Более выгодный курс.

Для того чтобы получить доступ к wi-fi достаточно ввести любую пару четырёхзначных чисел в качестве логина и пароля. Например, логин: 1111 пароль 1111

Хороший 5* отель . Брать лучше только завтраки . Ужинать можно в Чабе или на кораблике доехать до деревеньки с шопингом ( бесплатный по Лагуне). Там прям на причале ресторанчик . Жаль снесли Лотус. Отли

Супер классный отель , красивая и ухоженная территория, нормальные завтраки ! Свои лежаки и полотенца!

Весьма приятный отель , высокий уровень. Шикарный бассейн :-) Можно добраться до поселка Сурин за пару минут. Русских очень много

Территория Лагуны хороша, кораблик тоже хорошо! Есть спортзал , йога , пилатес . Хороший 5* отель .

на пять звезд не тянет однозначно!пляж отстой,лежаков постоянно не хватает,были здесь на Новый год,7000бат на чел праздничный стол:сосиски ,блины,грустные устрица и суши из риса с рисом )))

Отель ужасный, на завтраке человек 500 бьются за 100 столов, ощущение что попал в две звезды где-нибудь в Египте. Номера старые, потрепанные! Шезлонги и столики на пляже страшные потертые!

Интернет в Ангсане странный предмет: он как бы есть, но его как бы нет :-(
