The food was delicious, I had the Huevos Motuleños and my friend had two egg meal. The best part was the amazing customer service, everyone was so friendly and the vibe was extraordinary.

The pancakes are insanely fluffy and delicious (no syrup needed), the huevos montulenos are unique and flavorful (banana 's a great touch) and the steel-cut oats are flavorful and light (yet filling)!!

Chef Natalie Young's low-key joint has earned a cult following thanks to New Mexican and French-influenced American classics like roast beef on ciabatta with tangy blue cheese and pickled red onions .

The coffee here ia delicious, the service is great too. I had the Eggs Benedict and although they were lovely they was too much hollandaise and everything was mushy. I would eat here again though

I think the food tastes really rich. I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich with eggs where I substituted bacon for avocados and it was best breakfast sandwich I've had in the entire Las Vegas.

Truffled egg sandwich may have been the best breakfast sandwich of my life. Not greasy or heavy. A miracle among breakfast sammies. Add a few dashes of Cholula and prepare for Umami.

It is an out-of-the way hole in the wall in downtown Vegas, a little off the beaten path. The truffled egg sandwich , shrimp grits , huevos motulenos and beignets were A+ so I fell off my diet, SMH.

The truffle egg sandwich is worth the cab ride here. We split that among three friends and also split a short stack of pancakes . Both were A++!
