Freshness of the fish is confirm. Few choices of fish to choose such as dory, halibut , sea bass , hoki. You can try out their unlimited refill from their sauce bar . The chips are thinly cut and fried

The fish with the salted egg sauce is superb..
Fish and chips taste pretty good.... very oily as expected, dory is pretty tasteless... maybe get hake or seabass . Hoki was quite fishy.
