Great Times Square location. Cozy rooms . Could use some luggage racks. Building next door has Jazz bar and rooftop bar - St Cloud.

Pretty hotel in a great location! Housekeeping , though, needs to step up their game and guest services needs to work on phone etiquette! The hotel has the potential to be a great hotel

Cozy rooms , though very functional. Have to ask for daily linen change though rooms are clean and tidy.

The service was terrible! The complimentary wi-fi was so bad I wanted to shoot myself; the room service wasn't working at all. Housekeepers started walking around screaming at 8 am! ????

Customer service was subpar. It is a convenient location though.

Location is great for tourists , but the Breakfast buffet sucks....and they charge you 20% service charge on every bill, so WRONG!

Not the best service, loud rooms, do have pack n plays for infants, less than spacious rooms .

Ótima localização, no coração da Times Square. Wi-Fi free. Quarto limpíssimo e novo. Perfeito !!!! Não gaste com café da manhã do hotel , tem mtas opções baratas ao lado.

Yakınında dört dönerek 1.5 saat aradığımız otel (konumları haritada yanlış),öyleki diğer hilton otelleride hep yanlış yönlendirme yaptı.Yeri süper,eğer üst katları tercih ederseniz manzarada fena değil
