They are very efficient here and serve large portion sizes if you smile and be friendly . Great lunch move while at work.

They are faster now then when they first opened. In fact, lightning fast for me once I placed my order the past 2 times.

Initially, put so much of your choices in the bowl that they had to push down the cover to close. Now they seem to have cut down on the quantity. Can be slow! Wish they would serve chicken breast !

#5 says they can't fold the burrito right.....worth the drive to Arlington....

It's almost 9 pm, and its taking a while, with no line ...

waited for a half an hour for them to open and ended up leaving. They’re supposed to open at 10:45 and I waited until 11:15. Not that I was missing anything anyway

Food is not as good as other chipotle. They skimp on ingredients and they don't keep the rice nor the meat warm.

Very very slow, but perhaps that's because it's new. Not impressed.

Layout is really bad.

Still has not hit its stride. Slow and confused.
