Great selection of kit, from cardio to resistance . Never had to wait when i've visted (usually after 7pm) Always clean , tidy and full of friendly people! For the price, you can't go wrong.
Good gym if you are looking for cardiovascular. The free weights and resistance machine's are always busy. Changing rooms are ok. But recent spate of thefts. For £19 a month its good value .
Cell coverage can be spotty if streaming music , WiFi is available but can be slow. Play locally if you need some motivation ????
When the spin class starts, the music is really loud . If you don't have isolating headphones, expect it to irritate the hell out of you.
Website gives details of busy periods if you are able to change your schedule to get in when it is quiet
During peak times be prepared to que to get in and out of the gym .
Drivers: Limited parking spaces between 6pm & 7pm
