Good luck fighting to book a restaurant for dinner , depending on the day it's virtually impossible to get a seat at any of their restaurants

Had a great stay here. The view from our room was beautiful (overlooked the ocean). The food was very good, our favourite being the Moroccan al le carte. Staff was very friendly , and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet is good. Try the kebab in the Mediterranean restaurant . Very tasty. Beware of the timeshare sales reps. They are a little pushy.

The staff here is very nice. Check in however took forever. The ac in the room leaked the whole time there. But it's a beautiful resort .

Excellent all inclusive offer compared to the price! Beautiful pool area and loved the black hole!

The top floor rooms are the best! Service is perfect! Mexican restaurant is highly recommended! The best resort I ever visited!

Roasted Chicken on the beach is the best!! Ohh and Ever at the lobby bar is fantastic he can make anything and make it awesome!

Umm. Drinks are under par unless Carlos is making them and the deserts suck! However breakfast was amazing and will be missed.

The good thing about this hotel is the beach . Food is very bland and poorly presented. The service is ugly. Not worth paying day pass to only use facilities.

The best place ever. You can be with turtles and release them.

Not happy with the hotel . We got the Sian Ka'an package & its not worth it. The floor gets soaked when it rains, the premium drinks are soda , & they tried to charge us for existing damage on the car!

The hotel was ok, the service was kind of bad (waiting lists, wrong orders, trounle to Check in, etc). Maybe it was because of the date (31Dec)

Está perfectamente ubicado, con la playa muy tranquila . El servicio fue excelente. Las habitaciones muy bien también. Lo único que mejoraría es la calidad en el desayuno buffet en Coba y los snacks.

Me encantó el hotel , nuestra suite con una vista espectacular! Muy amplia y se disfrutaba mucho la brisa desde el balcón , el mejor rest. Moonlight deliciosa comida

Instalaciones: Muy excelente , Comida: el desayuno bufette no es del otro mundo pero esta bien, en comida y cena hay muy buena variedad y rico , Bebida: como es todo incluido la bebida no es tan buena

Padrisimo hotel muy bueno para adultos super liberal, hermosa playa , el restaurante coba riquísimo, el italiano también muy bueno.

Bienvenidos la comunidad gay!!! Trato amable e instalaciones agusto, cero gritos de niños en la alberca :D bien para venir con tu pareja y disfrutar de besarse en la alberca .

El restaurante de comida mexicana es muy rico y si tiene un plan todo incluido tienen gratis un desayuno en Benazusa (comida molecular) pero debes reservar .

Excelente lugar... lo MALO son los acosadores que se encuentran en el Lobby pretendiendo hacerte socio, no entienden el "no gracias" y continúan insistiendo hasta el cansancio.

Su comida ????, hermosa vista al mar , y las instalaciones de la piscina genial ????????‍♀️

Um resort bem "private" mas com tudo o que um resort pode lhe oferecer! O diferencial é que quando se hospeda na rede Oasis, pode frequentar os demais hoteis ao longo de Cancun e Riviera Maya .

Pésimo servicio en recepción , el personal es lento y cero amable, no existe educación entre los miembros del personal y para hacer check in se tardaron casi una hora, cero recomendable

Lo único agradable de este Hotel es su Restaurante Benazuza. Su calidad en alimentos es pobre por tratarse de un Hotel bajo el concepto All Inclusive

O hotel não vale o preço! Serviço de limpeza dos quartos demorado, restaurantes medianos e boa parte dos atendentes são mau humorados. Infelizmente, porque Cancun é linda. ????
