45 later and we never got our drink from the bar so we ended up walking out cause of it was using this kind just to get our drink, imagine how long our food was gonna take.

Have been coming to Ruby's for years. Love it, but the bathrooms are far worse than my trips to Bulgaria, Romania, and India.
Awful all around. Never received our rolls after being told they were coming out, 3 ice cubes in my drink, part of our appetizer was missing, and their was a hair in my mashed potatoes . Horrible!
