Biscuits are flaky with crunchy edges with a tad of cinnamon . Delicious! Burgers look deceiving small with not a lot of toppings, but the flavor is amazing! Stunning even! Highly recommend!

Not just a wine bar , huge liquor selection and a few craft beers on tap . The bar menu is small but everything we had was delicious. The burger , the potato taquitos , dumplings , all perfect for sharing.

The token frenchie salad has a lot of shallots and dill (hello bad breath) but is a filling size. Cocktails are wonderful though (like the Big Bad Wolf- scotch , lemon , raspberry , ginger ).

The Prickly Pear margarita and The Santee Alley are both great cocktails to try. One sweet but not too sweet to drink before transitioning to a much stronger cocktail to mellow with.

From the Silverlake Wine family is this wonderful restaurant . Their happy hour (Tu-F 5-7pm) includes their burger + fries = $10. Its so good! Their wine selection is also fantastic because of course.

Delicate in texture but bold in flavor, the crisp, smoky, spicy , tangy potato taquitos pair up well with a spicy rye old fashioned or a beer .

The Infanté ($12): tequila with lemon , almond , nutmeg and rosewater. Steamed buns ($10), made w pork belly , cucumber pickle and hoisin . Intentionally nondescript exterior, spacious patio out back

Biscuits ! So you're thinking, "biscuits ? I don't need biscuits ," but you're mistaken; you need these biscuits ! They are flaky, salty, crisp, sweet, perfection, and they're crazy good with cocktails .

Refined to the bare essentials, the defiantly simple burger rocks! It may not scream Instagram, but you will want to eat it as often as your metabolism and circulatory system will allow.

The BBQ chicken thighs are moist, boneless and well seasoned. The aji panca sauce brings a lot more flavor to the already flavorful chicken .

You must get the biscuits . I don't care what time of day it is -- shutup and get the biscuits . You'll be glad you did.

The bar itself is really nice, nice outdoor patio , nice whiskey selections . Best of all, an extremely diverse crowd , at least the night I was there.

Grab a single burger during happy hour . You get the burger and fries for the cost of what the single burger would cost alone during regular hours.

Nice chunks of pork belly comes with the steamed buns . The hoisin sauce is delicious. Worth a try.

I really enjoyed the grilled pork chorizo burger and the moscow mule . Perhaps you will too!

Good cocktails and nice heated outdoor seating . Location is a little weird but inside is much nicer than the outside suggests. Bartender's choice is good.

A nice selection of Top Shelf bourbon and a very good bar menu is a perfect way to end the day.

LOVE THE OUTDOOR PATIO for conversations and catching up. Great selection of whiskey and scotch .

Great downtown place for hanging out on a pleasant LA evening. We need more of these places!!

Decent spot for a cocktail but have yet to be impressed with anything on the limited food menu. Big patio in the back with plentiful heaters.

Burger is good, hope to try the quesadilla next time. And the biscuits are an absolute must!
