I love the station in an old style building surrounded by a good court, shops and movies . They are however restricted at night by where trains will go to and other stations aren’t
If you come to the food court during peak hour, consider yourself having a party in jungle.
If you can't stand inane, loud and intrusive TV ads on a very large screen , my advice is to stay up on the concourse till 2 min before your train .
Always busy no matter time of the day you go but it’s good because upstairs is everything such as food cafes , clothing , shoe shops and a library
plenty of shopping and dining, a great welcome to the city
No real direct access to the platforms without having to past the many shop & food units of Central Mall , with its associated shoppers, casually & carelessly wondering around. Bad if you’re in a rush
It's still Museum station to me.
If you don't like beggars call someone and talk to them on the phone until our safely on the train , tends to keep them away :)
If you're not in a hurry , stand at the left side of the escalator please .
guys toilets ; the floor is always blasted with piss, apparently when people are in a hurry they can't aim for shit- or their shit. If you want clean toilets go to the food court upstairs
Pleaaaaaase take the TVs away!
There're toilets inside the station just after when u enter the gates.so if before u wanna catch a train and the toilet near manicure has a long line ,then go to the ones in the station
Stand next to the vending machine in the centre of platform three for easy check in
Use the free power points! If you can find one that works!
There's a mall and also a cinema at this station. Nice place to meet up with friends.
Don’t play tricks on my heart 🇦🇺😍
Seems strange that they don't have a Myki top-up machine at the entrance you come in from Elizabeth st. They really make it hard for people to use this system.
Don't be a-holes: stand left, walk right on the escalaters
Nice but always can be better
You can buy a snack from Maccas without exiting the train network... Swanston St escalator side
Vending machines take cards: handy if you're hungry and don't have coins!
Good as meeting plae
Be careful to check for express trains else you might miss your stop.
The commuter next to me is being social and saying hi. Be cautious!
Walk home, by the time your train finally comes it will probably be quicker.
Say hi to the fellow commuter next to you. Be social!
Take time to check out Metro's latest bout of creative reporting...do they really think we believe those figures at all??!
Just be patient, people walk slow, trains never come on time.
Finally vodafone fix the position to the right location.
Do not use prams or strollers on the escalators , just made me miss my train by clogging it up I couldn't get past.
Remember to touch on, and touch off.
No 3G, so be patient when check-in
Beware of crazy druggos on platform 2.
Train running behind schedule. Seems to be happening often lately!
No hurry, the trains are never on time!
Normal working days between 4 to 6 can be crowded .
Travel before 7am for free!
