CIBO is first-rate for airport grab-n-go. Variety, freshness, and taste are all quite good. Fair prices too. I look forward to it now when I fly into or out of LGA and JFK.

Smoked turkey , pear , and brie on pumpernickel . Some good snack options for those with food allergies, too, like Simple Squares (wheat, gluten, dairy, and soy free, no refined sugar, kosher , raw)

This place is bangin'. Load up on all your faves and hit the jetway with an armload of goodies.

A fave: Salmon Brown Rice Salad Bowl ($9.99). Brown sushi rice , poached salmon , edamame , carrots , black olives , cukes , radish , red cabbage . Clocks in @ 390cal, but I never need the dressing .

Karen

Great stop to pick up a quick bite and snacks for your flight.

The small hot oatmeal is pretty good. No need for a large or for one of the dried packs.
