The salmon omelette that's so good, I've been craving it since I last had it during my Nottingham trip in September 2014!
Venison , butternut squash , and kale were to die for – I've never had male so delicious!
The selection of beer is to die for. However, we didnt appreciate the man dressed as a house trying to sell us Les Dawson facemasks
Awesome pub with real ales .
The food was vile, just about choked on the beef , chewy and dry like pie !
Mon to Thurs: free pint with a main meal. Good food. Great value . Shame about the MOR music selection.

Sunday lunch pretty average tbh - roast potatoes weren't great though meat was quality. . Overall felt a bit overpriced..
Complain to the staff about them not having pork scratchings any more.
This place isn't the same without the pork scratchings .

Visited in March 2015. Does Guinness which is always a plus point. Had good music on using real vinyl. Is a great old building. In the heart of Nottingham. Outdoor seating at the back and a scalextric - Steve Rhodes

Must be the best chips in Nottingham! Really, really chunky. Great food - if you're vegetarian, try the mushroom and roast veg 'burger'... Excellent real ale too. - steve f
