Heather : the beds are adjustable. There is a sign about the adjustable beds at front desk; sorry you missed out on one of the best features of this hotel . Clean rooms & great made to order breakfast .
Room service stops at 9pm. Not sure why since the bar is open till 10? Makes sense to be available for travelers coming in after 9. Other than that the hotel is great.

The food is ok. Not great. The service is AWFUL in the dining room. Very slow and quite in attentive.
No bottle opener if you buy your own wine ... Bar doesn't open until 5... and they don't even carry the local paper... kinda disappointed with my stay here.
