Contrary to the negative 2011 comments, the service seems not bad at all, and they refilled my tea regulary. Maybe they've hired new staff or it's the holidays and there aren't many customers.
The chirashi is good and the takeout service is pretty quick.
don't get fooled by my photo! $98 crab congee tastes like nothing. waiter served the bowl spilling all over w/an unapologetic look!
Be careful when paying they may short change you and tell you you're wrong even if you notice.

Don't order the starters and mains together or else they will just come in any order that's convenient to their kitchen. My salad came last...
Very lousy service. Staff do not fill up your tea . My orders had to be chased. For the price you are paying, you are better off at another Jap restaurant . Young boss do not even care.
