By far, some of the best service I've had-- not just from a hotel , but in every category out there. This hotel and staff aim to please and hit the mark every single time.
Father's Day Brunch was fabulous!! $72 per person, but the presentation and food selection is high quality! Lobster ravioli , sushi station, chocolate fountain & much more.
Langham is first in my list whenever I’m in Boston, this place never disappoints me! The staffs wereeasy to be with as always, the rooms where comfortable enough, as well as the bathroom .
The building started life in 1922 as a Federal Reserve , and became the Langham as we know it in 2003. You'll note that the second-floor rooms all have soaring ceilings, a la the old bank milieu. Read more
Great service! Classy and modern rooms . In room service food is also very good. And excellent location close to Faneuil hall
Beautiful hotel with amazing staff . We were there for a special occasion and the concierge was just AMAZING. Truly made the whole weekend exceptionally special.
The Sunday City Brunch is spectacular, and a must-do for any Bostonian or visitor!
Chocolate Bar 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays at Cafe Fleuri at the Langham Hotel , 250 Franklin St., Boston. $40, $55 with two chocolate cocktails , ages 5-12 $28. 617-451-1900, ext. 7125
Pretty stuffy, IMO, but a classy spot if that's what you're looking for. The bath robes are XXL only. But the chocolates & in room mini Keurig make up for it.
Great fitness center & pool on 3rd floor. Also suggest having an NY Times delivered to your room each morning (free)
Really nice contemporary tea service that goes on till late - excellent location to unwind!
Comfortable rooms , great exercise room . Former Federal Reserve building.
Try their Chocolate Bar in Saturdays. Totally indulgent and decadent!
Ask for a room with a Post Office Square Park view to have stunning surroundings every day that you wake up here.
Awesome. Great service in general with Turn down service with tomorrows weather left on your pillow with chocolates . Coceirge desk was amazingly helpful!
Thoughtful extras and impeccable staff ensure an old-school grand hotel stay. In-house restaurant Bond is a gorgeous throwback to the era of three-martini lunches .
Nice lobby, great concierge , rooms very old world, if that's your kind of thing
Originally a Federal Reserve Bank , est by President W. Wilson, this hotel is very classy yet modern, & the rooms are very accommodating/reasonable for the price. Read more

Brunch on Father's Day was fabulous!!
Everything is great. The fish items are fresh and perfectly cooked.
Try the icecream on room service for a special treat. Wonderful :)
A little run down but great service and location
Great rooms and great service!

Sunday brunch and chocolate bar are the best in the city .
This place reminds me a little of The Roger Smith in NYC. One big difference is that the Roger would never try to charge you $13/day for wifi in your room but nowhere else. That just seems greedy.
Great location, service and rooms
