Came here yesterday with my lady... The thing is, I replaced my ipad mini screen with a third party screen, the screen was glitchy. Apple in KingofPrussia told me no. Mike from ParkCity replaced it :)

Smaller of the Apple Stores. Great manager who got me help instantaneously. Employees were high-spirited.

If you need help at the bar from your phone you can make an appointment with the apple-store app without the need for a computer!!

I hate that store, love the product. I just don't get the motto, you want it we got it so you seek out a sales clerk and maybe they can help you maybe not go find someone else

Had appt 2 days after I purchased a laptop. Came back w laptop next day for data transfer, next day appt, did not have done.

Worst experience ever here. The phone has an issue and they tried everything to say its something with my accessories . You would think that exchanging my rental car , etc would be enough. Nope.

Sit outside and steal their internet for free, because starbucks doesnt have free internet, and the mall internet is retardidly slow.
