Happy hour is 1/2 price on all drinks only, their appetizer menu is fairly reasonable. They've got the best calamari but ask them to cook it for twice. Sit at the bar , Cutter is the best ever!!

The meal I had was by far one of the best meals I have ever had! I enjoyed crab encrusted Chilean sea bass with puréed butternut squash & asparagus . Absolutely succulent!! I cannot say enough. Delish

Sit inside if you want a quiet dinner , but request outside on the weekends if you want a more lively experience. They have one of the best wine lists around.

City Cellar had an awesome Happy Hour at one time, then they got rid of it for about 2 years, only offering 1/2 price drinks, but not food. They've since brought back a sort of "mini" happy hour menu .
