Napa Chicken Ciabatta & Monte Cristo r good when they do it right. The wait time is 2 long. This is my 3rd time here since they've opened & 2/3 times the food has been ok. They need new cooks.
Waiting time is 15-20 mins. Quality of food is great. Price is surprisingly reasonable. The downside is our waiter...she was a bit slow and can't remember orders.

Walked in at 12:15pm. Seated immediately. Placed my order and it was served quickly. Great service.
On the Dinner size Chicken Fries Chicken , you get two whole patties! Whew!

The management here is a bunch of cowards. They will not tell rowdy/loud tables to quiet down. I came here with my wife on Sunday night and it was like a zoo full of apes.

Terrible service! Our waitress messed up our bill, then charged us someone else's, then took more than 30 mins to fix it without letting us know what was going on. Will not go back!
Service was pretty bad today. It wasn't that crowded . Waited forever for a tea refill. They need more waitresses .
