The Kanto Sports gym with private connection to the Schwaben Quellen spa is by far the best gym and spa I have ever visited. If you’re local, the monthly membership is incredibly affordable .

Shitty front desk service at all hours of the day. Basic things are a challenge at times. The only positive thing about the hotel is the house keeping. They have proven to be the most willing to help

Give yourself extra time. Both checking in and out the (very young) staff was overwhelmed with the long lines .

The customer service is very good plus the food.

Food is too expensive and the service is really lacking. There is a thermostat in the room but it is completely ineffectual. But at least they let you bring your pet ...

Go to the hotel lobby German Restaurant and try some of the regional food specialties, like Maultaschen - Swabian Ravioli

Ich war zur MathWorks Automotive Conference 2015 dort. Das Catering war sehr gut, von der Beschilderung im Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.
