Speaking from 33 years experience as a British subject, the fish & chips kicked arse! Also, the servers are simply wonderful (treated my little boy like royalty) and the owner's a nice bloke to boot!

Endless beer selections . We went on Monday and again on a Thursday and they had a completely new beer list to try. Fish and chips are amazing but great local spot to try different beers

Patio seating , Shandy, and bangers and mash . Doesn't get any better and this little pub in the heart of Old Town knows how to serve up English Pub style fare right!

The British chips (fries ) are fresh hand cut and the best in town IMHO. You can request curry sauce for dipping to give you a change from ketchup . It is something different but really good!

Great beer selection . Be specific about how you want it served. Otherwise, everything comes at about 35 degrees and in a frosty pint glass .

One of my favorites on the walking mall . Great atmosphere, food, and most importantly, great music .

Now with a gluten free menu and the oil they fry in is a "non transfer oil" which means you can eat something fried in the same oil as breaded-the gluten doesn't transfer!!

When the upstairs bar is open, you can also hang out in the small lounge-area that over looks the first-floor dining room. There's a small bathroom just off it, too.

Great Ploughman's lunch (eat anytime). Genuine Fentiman's soda . Good atmosphere!

30 beers on tap - great mix of American craft and imported drafts plus bottles galore - the food is the real bonus - and Share knows everything

If you want a lunch sized portion of fish & chips for dinner & they tell you to get the fish sandwich without bread because it's the same thing, it's not. The sandwich fish is much soggier and gross.

Really good British food and a great selection of drinks.

Don't leave without the Salmon PLATE .... ba DA yum!!

Try the fish & chips , very British

Tremendous wait for simple orders of fish-and-chips, sandwiches/burgers and mac-and-cheese. Ridiculously long waits with little explanation. Good food, interiors don't make up for horrendous wait.

Don't get the Fish & Chips . They were worth eating and even after trying to hide the taste with malt vinegar , it wasn't worth eating.
