Pamela was so incredibly friendly ! Great customer service. I told her I loved the new cool lime refreshers and she gave me a bunch of coupons for the individual take home packs. Awesome!!!
A couple old men stand outside and smoke literally 8 hours a day in the summer. They ruin the experience for everyone.
This and village hall are the only public bathrooms in chagrin. I always stop in here when I need to drop a duece.

I used to love this Starbucks, but now I avoid it because you have to walk though a cloud of smokers to get through the door.

If you're in a hurry this is the wrong place to go. It is consistently slow and inefficient. Nice staff , just not very efficient.
