Incompetent young staffs . The delivery boys are complete asshats who choose to lepak outside the restaurant thinking they're bad asses whistling and and calling chicks 'amoi' and scaring stray dogs.

Their new Tangy Crunch Chicken were not really great IMHO. I fail to taste the tangy-ness in the chicken . (maybe my tongue expect more lime in it, lol) I prefer their Korean Spicy Crunch, over that.

Ventilation fan please. Can feel a bit stuffy in place.

Famous bowl is yummy! Ask for more gravy .

Worst bloody service ever @ Hartamas. So frigging slow, it's sinful. I've made a complaint but Its never gonna change. Awful!

Service sucks, their timing sucks, but the chicken was fresh n juicy... But still 45 mins for 5 pieces of chicken ? Oh n they kicked us out halfway eating at 10.30...

Free Wifi . And they sell fried chicken here
