Very intimate venue . Be prepared to sit on wooden benches -- or get up to dance every now and then. The BBQ ham sandwich is super delicious.
We are big fans of @musicinthezoo ! Fantastic ambiance & great acoustics . Can't wait for next summer's line up!
When you get the right mix of weather and music ... This can be an amazing out door venue to see a show.
The best types of shows join fun and education . The outdoor bird shows here are the best.
Great show on educating our kiddos on birds! Get there early on hot days to get the shade in the top row seats.
Great venue. Great views . Bring a cushion and cash!
If coming for a music in the zoo concert stay a little late....the parking lot takes forever to clear out.

One of our favorite parts of the zoo. Especially in the winter. Sometimes we like to walk the trail backwards to see things from a new angle. - Tiffany Rupp
Experience MN up close and personal. The trail is covered but is the same temperature as outside so dress accordingly. - Tiffany Rupp
The Bears are great, but the boneyard will occupy kids for hours - Sean Voysey
Though the path may be long you will be rewarded at the end with ice cream and cute farm animals. It's an educational experience for all. See a cow getting milked and pet a baby goat! - Tiffany Rupp
Climbing on the rocks next to the window definitely allows you to take pictures better. I especially like the ones of them swimming in the water. Feeding time's great as well. - Pez
the exhibits here are really cool, the animals seem happy, and the scenery is nice! the moon jellies were my favorite! - Teagan
try to sit in the last row, it seems backwards but most comfortable place to sit and nobody spilling beer on your back - RickTheHat
Go early when tigers are active - Dean Hutchins
