Starbucks

I only visit every 2 weeks and the staff remember my name and what coffee I like. Pretty impressive.

The "new" is over but the staff still needs customer service training ....I expect better from Starbucks. I love the location, but I will vote with my dollars unless you step it up.

This place is a cluster during the work day, though the staff do work hard to get everyone's order to them. Expect a long wait for even simple items.
