From the Toucan building, you are much closer to the lobby of the Grand and the Grand's pools than you are to the things at Nizuc.

Now, I'm presenting my show on Wednesday from 8:30PM to 10:30PM. Ask for me at the lobby or with the entertainment staff . I'm Armando Coda "The Mentalist" working for the Palace Resorts

Ask for the 'Mayan Coffee ' for dessert and ask if you can get 'the show' that goes with it! Enjoy (and stand clear of the fire)!!!

Nothing! The worse service I have ever had in a hotel . This hotel staff needs to be train about service, which is the business they are in. We had a lot of rain and, most of all rooms had leeks .

There should be some big tv 's to watch the games!

Be sure to ask for a Miami Vice at the bar

the brazilian restaurant has the best service! :) but the wait was a bit too long..
