The cleanest and quietest men's washroom in Lougheed Town Centre is located in the corner of the shoe department.
I prefer this one to the one at Metrotown. It's way less busy.
They have cheap seattle's best brew. A smoking area with chairs. Don't eat their pastries though.
The restaurant is no longer here. What a shame.
