Amazing food and floats! Must try the gravy fries with everything. Been coming to Charleston for over ten years and I have found a new staple lunch spot for my family and friends. Can't wait to share.

Waited to be sat for 45 minutes on a “10-15 minute” wait. We were just a party of two, and multiple parties of two who arrived after us were sat before us.

My daughter and I were treated so rudely by the staff at Jack's Cafe today. I will never go in there again and I do not recommend this place.

Double Swiss cheeseburger = OMG so delicious!

This place is NOT good. It's the most bland food ever. Everyone likes it because it's the "cool" place on CofC campus.
