This is really a great place, no doubt about it. My father always say that you should find a place where you can get all of your tools and get them from that place as cheap as it can be.

Get a e gift card and use that coupled with the app for every purchase. It racks up loyalty points that you get free and discounted stuff from.

My MacBook pro cord frayed and broke, they just replaced it for free. Just make sure to have proof of purchase and you're golden (: great customer service!

Best customer service w/Kerry, I came to exchange my charger due to their program for improved safety. I busted my shoe right as I was entering the store. Kerry & Ashley treated me w respect. <3 it

Went there Friday at 4:30...Made my appt. at 3:00. Didn't wait long at all. My Genius was DOUG :) yay for Doug! He was so nice & helpful! If you go, ask 4 him! Going back 2 take my Mac & asking 4 Doug

Lots of parking , but it’s easiest to park AWAY from the building. More open parking spaces and less congestion.

Another great Apple location. Come and play with some awesome products and take one or more home with you!

The "Disneyworld" for Apple "lovers". Too many people & crying, stinky diapered babies. Plan plenty of time to come & wait here, & that you're obsessed with Apple too. That helps. Bring a sweater too.

If you have any problems with iTunes, downloading, the cloud, etc. the applestore cannot help. They only fix hardware. I learned this the hard way.

Whitney is really sweet, and she told us immediately if she could it fix it, she would get my fiancé a new phone!

Don't expect to fit in on standby if you show up early for genius bar . They seem to have a lot fewer geniuses than the bar has capacity.

Make sure to thoroughly read your terms and conditions. Specifically anything involving experiments involving mouth to anus information integration.

Chris is really interesting and very helpful. Ask for him if you happen to be hostage here.

Make an appointment online, don't just pop up for technical help! If u are buying popping up is okay!
