Excellent. Fresh everything. Friendly and courteous service . I had the grouper poboy and it was so delicious. The bread was just right. The grouper tasty. The sides unreal. Forget Buz and Ned's.

The pulled pork plate for lunch is well worth what it costs. Even though they have started charging extra for the side salad at lunch , it is worth the trip. You may have to wait for a table at lunch

If they have Chicken-n-Waffles on special, GET IT! Sausage & Cheddar Waffle . Hand breaded chicken tenders , topped with bacon and a sprinkle of powdered sugar . I was in "hog" heaven.

Oyster poboy was money. Oysters cooked to perfection! Greens had just right flavor. Arnold Palmer with fresh squeezed lemon and unsweetened tea simply the best. :)

Pulled pork is great and the portions are hefty. Carolina sauce is really good! Will have to come back and try more. The whole menu looks awesome. Great mom and pop spot!

This place has some of the best food in town , from fried pickles to fall off the bones ribs to homemade banana pudding and Hogaide! All is to be tried!

Had the Hogshead nachos . Outstqnding indeed. And try the house beverage. Hogade. Mmm. Thumbs up guys.

Had the basic pulled pork platter with Mac and cheese with hush puppies . It was very delicious! The people are great to talk to!

Great beer , barbecue and salads . Best kept secret in Glen Allen.

If they have buffalo shrimp anything, get it in a po'boy! Trust me on this...

Good barbecue . Better price. The place was small (though the wait wasn’t) but I that mattered less and less with each bite.

Try the The Hog Dog - I won't have it every time I visit, but now and again... Thats a sammich ... Right there...

I had the Blackened Shrimp & Bacon Po' Boy sandwich . It is a must try. :-)
