Vargas Steakhouse & Sushi

My new favorite restaurant so far. Amazing meal for a great prize. Beautiful atmosphere. Will be back. Bone marrow is a must so delicious.

I loved panoramic windows here and the best roast beef I have ever tried. 16 oz is very big -half of the cow!

Sushi is excellent. I have had sushi in many other restaurants and I must say it's worth the detour.

Very good, trendy restaurant , two kitchens there: one for the "regular" food, one for supposedly good sushis . At lunch time the specials are good and affordable .

I've had lots of sushi in my life, and, unexpectedly, the sushi here was some of the best I've ever had.

The customer service, food, atmosphere, and wine were great!

Ask for the end cut on the smaller prime rib . They give you twice the meat. The mushroom sides are very flavorful as they sauté them in light garlic and wine .

Nothing great or memorable, food OK but no more.

Beware - they don't open until 5:00 pm... Despite the fact that they leave their door open and let you stand there looking like a goof for 10 minutes.

Bon restaurant steakhouse /fruits de mers , belle ambiance, bon service , bonnes portions, goûteux et excellents, abordable pour ce genre de resto, idéal pour un rdv d'affaires ou galant.

Très bonnes viandes ...mais manque un peu de finition dans la présentation . Je le recommande à tous...excellent pour un lunch d'affaire!

On aime s'asseoir au bar , commandez les mini-burgers et quelques consommations ... et les desserts sont excellents !
