The workers are some of the most friendly and down to earth people I've ever met. And the stuff they sell is epic! There's something for everyone. I mean EVERYONE!

I used the bathroom at the gaming satellite, which is like being 9 at a neighbor's house and taking a whiz before you wet yourself. Surprisingly clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels!

Yes Tates is listed as a comic shop but it's so much more than that! Tates is a family and haven for for geekdom! I have been going there since the 90's and it's hands down the best shop on earth!

I love this store! Its so much fun to walk around and look at everything! Anime, manga , figurines, comics , shirts , movies , THE LIST GOES ON! And keep an eye out for events they hold every year.

Obsessed. I adore most of the staff and chatting with random customers. I wish they had an area where I could just sit a chill in the Tate's environment, surrounded by awesome.

Even if you aren't into comic books , anime or cartoons, you can find cute knick-knacks upstairs and there is usually a gallery of local art on display up there too!

This is the coolest store around! You will need a lot of time to browse the whole store, so don't go if you're in a hurry or with impatient people ;)

Tate's is geek nirvana. Art gallery/comic book store/toystore for all genres of nerd. Great selection of comics , vinyl toys , classic toys , movie memorabilia , and anything else subversive, otaku or fun

If you'd like to learn a new game ask them to demo it for you, and if you go early enough they will demo it right then and there for you. Sunday's are also really cool...War Hammer!

Go during the holidays. Saturday from 3 to 5 they have an alternative santa!! Or go anytime because they have glorious nerd goods.
