I work in a few different spots and frequently find myself at at Staples near each one. This Copy Center is by far the best run and has a uniformly awesome crew.
The Staple notebooks are 9 cents each as of now, good deals here and there. Everything you need for your office/school you could find here.
Great customer service and conveniently located in Washington Heights.

Watch out for the poor people taking a long time to checkout.
