My favorite part of this hotel was the view of Gyeong bok palace - morning and night. Loved it ❤️

As one would expect, the hardware at this hotel is top notch with all the superior interior details and incredible pillows .

My new favorite hotel in Seoul . Super attentive and friendly service , and 24H gym ! Nice breakfast too. Hospitality excellent. Also liked spacious shower room and its Italian style shower system.

Look for that hidden door at the lower lobby! You will find the best hidden speak easy bar in Seoul!

Fantastic spa , and I mean FANTASTIC! The staff at the entrance though are rude, they asked me to put on my mask while drinking tea they offered me themselves at the lobby. I had to stop drinking.

I expected more since its four seasons. Staff were soo friendly and nice but our room was smelly,the air condition wasn’t healthy or normal.house keeping wasn’t high standard

Impeccable hardware (in terms of quality not style), software system, protocols, attention to details, too bad the execution gets broken here and there by a handful of rude staff members

오픈이라 직원들 전체에 흐르는 파이팅은 좋으나, 다소 부담스럽다. 모든 투숙객 차량 무료발렛서비스는 만족

룸 컨디션, 룸 서비스는 국내 최상급. 하지만 레스토랑들과 조식은 그 명성에 맞는 개선이 필요해보임.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel , sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind groß geräumig und sehr sehr sauber. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

평소 식당이나 바만 이용했을땐 글케 인상적이진 않았는데 오히려 객실이 넓직하고 깨끗하고 생각보다 좋았음.짐도 굿
