Don’t be overwhelmed by the number of trays & offerings. Stall-owners were expert enough to label them all. The big idea is a bun , it’s filling and toppings. Pick your favourites!
Butter cake was light yet delicious. It was gone in two mouthful!
The cream puff here is actually filled with custard , with a firm consistency. Nonetheless, they are equally yummy, and serve as easy tea-time snacks
We enjoyed buns with kaya , hae bee hiam (spicy dried shrimps ), sweetened shredded coconut
My fave is the ham &cheese buns . Delicious. The custard puff is v old school . All nice !
The buns here have a traditional old flavour taste which you can hardly find anymore.
Nice cream puff at 70cents each! But have to go early to avoid disappointment! Cuz ppl usually purchase in bulk!
Get the otah, prawn sambal and cheese . Won't go wrong.
