Always way to crowded ... Machines are always out of order, and they don't give ur money back if ur kid puts coins in a broken machine. Food and party pkgs aren't worth the $. ~Not a fan at all!

For daughters bday party, awesome staff . HOWEVER, people there are horrible!! Big arguement, ghettooooo people everywhere. Go to chase or west allis location, brookfield has gone downhill :(

Too many germs. Always leave or wake up the next morning feeling sick, even after washing my hands every 5 minutes in the place. Same with stonefire. =/ Bummer these places aren't cleaner.
