If you're an AP holder, be prepared to be talked down to by CMs who think everyone is on vacation.
If you are replacing a lost annual pass they will refund your parking $ if you bring your receipt!
WDW always does it right with guest services.
Staff here is super helpful. This is why I come to Disney
