This is so much better than the one across the street!eg ambience (not smoky), food spread, etc. Awesome!will come back again when I visit KL!

the best karaoke I've ever experience ... but it quite costly for student... however, upgrade from neway member card to CEO premium is just RM10, and and you get voucher that worth 350.... CEO rocks!

Good foods, friendly staff , clean rooms , updated songs . And you can sing 7 hours for just 35 RM, never I won't back to Red Box Karaoke

Very prucey but so worth it. The VIP is like a hotel room & the buffet food is replaced with different food every round. Best karaoke buffet food ever!

Their facilities are really good! They just need to improve their service, it will be perfect!

New songs can't come up maybe still updating, the screen quite lag especially stopping the song which takes quite long time to the next-up. Tea - time buffet not much food left around 2pm.

Nice room, service no 1, and the most important is the foods are very tasty and delicious. I just not satisfied about drinks. Hot 1 can refill but cold 1 can't!!

Food, private room, kinda cheap if you went at noon or afternoon :)

Aside from buffet dinner , they serve supper too if you found yourselves staying till the wee hours 

Sound system is good but it is quite complicate to find the song through remote control. Overall, 4 star from me. Happy holiday everyone!!!

Lunch is delicious, in house WiFi is fast. Washroom is clean . 4 out of 5 stars.

The darts isn't sticking to the board once thrown and easily bend, threw a little harder & it broke? Deduct deposit when it isn't playable? 👏🏻

Currently they have promo. 9.90+ per pax from 11am to 4pm. Refillable drinks till 2pm only. Set menu - not bad though

Aircon there us centralize. Cannot be adjust. Better bring your own shawl or jacket . Been there once when they got 50% off during opening promo. Damn worth it!!

Happy hour start from 1pm till 7pm rm29++ 1 drink with 1 lunch set

Food selection and taste is good but sucky song selections :( across the road at pavilion the redbox plus has far better updated song selections!!

service sucks! we got the cash voucher but they said they have the rights to amend the terms and condition so the voucher is invalid. 黑店！All this while I thought cash voucher is serve as cash!

Upclass environment. Nice ambience. Personally I think there's nothing special about it.

the buffet is nice and the sound effect is very good.

Do not order the wine ! We ordered a bottle of white wine , which came out yellow, stale, sour and bitter at the same time. They said that they have to charge us once the bottle was opened.

So disappointing after so many visits, moreover it's a VIP room,slow respond to calls, lagging screen+system, worst of all the darts game in the room is not in playable conditioned yet money collected

Pasta with seafood ragout and cajun chicken wing with AIOLI is nice..

Parking fees rm6 ... Better park at LG1..lift close early cannot go down to LG2 & LG3 had to jalan kaki... Maybe the building still new Reno gua...
