Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

All the staff here is really seriously amazingly absolutely handsome and awesome! Had a fun stay here! Wish to stay here for the whole year. Will be back ! Y(^_^)Y

New staff since begin of year. Some try too hard to please. Others nervous, like kept crunch my new passport and dog eating the pages, for goodness sake have respect for people's property!

The rooms are big and clean , but the service have some bugs , specially the elevators don't work correctly with key cards. Overall clean,good view , big rooms ,polite staff ,comfy beds ,moderate breakfast

Awesome value for points. SPG Business Amex card gets you into the 38th floor lounge free, with aaaample snacks at 8-10:30am, 2-4pm, 5-8pm.

Recently upgraded - the refresh makes the Sheraton a great hotel in KL once again.

The hotel is located very good, it is not so noisy . There is big department in front, there are many restrictions on back side. The room is quite design but I can take a relax.

good hotel though needed refurbisment. try to get higher room as i could be noisy from the bars lining side street. vast and delicious b/f buffet

Makishima is a new Japanese restaurant on Level 2 with lots of private rooms and good food.

Both restaurants are great, and the hotel treats SPG platinum guests very well . A great value and convenient location. Westin and Le Meridien are great when the Sheraton, my favorite, is full.

Great, spacious rooms with really comfy beds , a great Italian restaurant , buffet at Essence is only so-so. One big complaint is the staff & service have very varied competencies & level.

Friendly , very clean , big size rooms, and very comfortable bed . 9 out of 10

Spacious rooms & best Chinese food in Celestial Court

Don understand y a five star hotel stil request guest to PAY for parking . We stayed for a week!

Celestial Court , Chinese restaurant @ Sheraton Imperial - Dim sum selection is good, improved over the time... Halal, so it tastestte "halal" & 1 more thing, dun hv my fav egg tart :(

No phone chargers to borrow, unlike every other hotel in the world. Don't forget yours!

From the foyer - Get you free cup of coffee and brown bag of apple and croissant - to go! Brilliant when you need to dash in the morning.

Hotel staff weren't pleasant.. Is it cus I'm local? Cus they sure seemed friendly with the Europeans and Arabs.. Two words - double standard!!

A classic ambience for Sheraton

Both services and facilities are unbelievably bad. When I checked in, the closet was broken, and it isn't repaired even now.

Croissants n coffee to go in the morning at the lobby..great way to start your day!

Love the rooms! Huge size with lotsa space!

Even if ur not a guest, just approach the front desk and ask them to validate it for u. They will chop ur parking ticket. U then only pay RM8 when u leave. (flat rate)

Dang Wangi LRT (kg12) is a short walk from the hotel . Ask concierge for directions to this station.

Celestial court-very slow services during CNY period. Answered that they only have 2 chefs and 2 stoves when we requested to speed up

Bellboys watched on as we unload and load the luggages. Upset as a spg member.

The new Villa Danieli menu is awesome. Especially the pan fried cod fish.

They have one of the bestest italian restaurant in town ..Villa D rocks!!
