I don't know what everyone is talking about...the drive in was the fastest I've ever been through and they were all nice, even complimented my car!
Their salad and frostys are fantastic. Wish the salad was a little cheaper, though... 7 bucks is too much!
Omg. I love the staff here. I was in the drivethru and my dollar got blown away....and the staff member ran out and got it for me! BEST STAFF EVER!!!!!
The tips about slow service are all closer to the day this location opened (which is expected). Their drive-thru is fast and the service was great!
They may be low, but these people forget that Wendy's COOKS TO ORDER! They are not McDonald's or Burger King. This is the best Wendy's in Jax! Get the Lemonade !
The new grilled flatbread sandwiches are sooooooooooo good! So is the strawberry tea !

The inside was a long wait too. There was a lot of screw ups on orders also. I have patience, some people don't. There were some mad people here. Yikes!
It's faster when you order inside.

Really really slow. Restaurant is not clean . Team members are not friendly . Chili was good.
Always get the bubble guts everytime I eat here. This doesn't happen at any other Wendys, just this location. Never again.
Expect to wait for over 30 minutes in drive through... I have multiple times. Service is ghastly. This location will fail shortly .
