You can't go wrong by starting off with a bowl of tortilla soup for lunch . Hot and spicy with pulled chicken , fresh avocado , queso fresco and tortilla strips . Unbelievably good.
My amazing build-a-sandwich: Veggie Burger on a soft brioche w/ cheddar cheese , avocado , lettuce & horseradish steak sauce )! Also try the Macadamia Nut Encrusted Calamari w/ pineapple dipping sauce !
A Rhinebeck original. Excellent New York State-centric wine and beer list ; try the fig and brie quesadilla and the fried artichokes from the bar snacks menu .
The Venison Pappardelle is very good and the dinning room has an awesome decor.
Waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable . Really tasty and diverse options. Allergy conscious. Something for everyone. Will definitely be back.

Everything is great here but my favs r arugula salad with goat cheese wantons and the duck quesadilla ! Josh's mom paints the most mysteriously beautiful paintings !
Bistro side is the way to go. Macadamia nut encrusted calamari with pineapple dipping sauce was great. Fish tacos were good but a bit pricy for the serving sizes.
The sandwiches are totally customizable and awesome. Manchego on a burger ? Yes please. Beer and wine flights also great.

Ordered takeout burgers while visiting a friend at Northern Dutchess Hospital . Orders were accurate and the food was excellent.
Love the patio in the summer, and the bistro is one of the only places in Rhinebeck that serves food late night , until 1am.

Went once during restaurant week and was impressed with good food and service. Second time I went it was polar opposite. The special swordfish was so bland and the service was horrible.
