i had a great shopping experience with sean in the fishing department. he took the time to build me a completely custom fishing package, and i have to say after using it, he is the best! very friendly

The store is amazing but you can't find someone to help you anywhere and when you do they are clueless ✋

Their in-store selection beats out the online selection by far, but the sales staff is the laziest I've seen. Forget about trying anything on -- there's no dressing room attendants either.

Rude!!! The associate literally showed me the hand when I said 'excuse me' (for fitting room ), then walked away! Told the cashier when he wanted to sign us up for rewards, he just gave a blank look!

Register in front and back but only allowed to go to the front. Long lines aaggghhhh

The service is horrible. You have to hunt down someone to open the fitting room , then wait 20 minutes for them to show up. But the icing on the cake is when they ask for credit for helping you.

Good luck getting service in this massive store. Does anyone work here?? Tried to get a co2 container for a half hour . And the management is useless too!!!!
