Love the lamb shoulder with herbs. It falls off the bone. The octopus and the donuts was amazing. Better remind the waiters to slow down the meals, otherwise it will come out all at once.

ALPHA is near the top of the food chain for Greek Fine Dining in Sydney. Lamb shoulder is a must as is the pita bread , halloumi sagananki and loukoumades . Full Review is now up on Spooning Australia.

Lamb shoulder was good but a bit under seasoned. The meal overall was fantastic - loved the dips ! Service by one of the waiters could have been a bit more careful instead of spilling water!

Yassas this place is simply first class . The menu is amazing the food devine. My favourite is definitely the slow cook lamb shoulder but I highly recommend the saganaki halomi too

Despite the mixed service, I've always had a fun filled night here. Good for groups and great sharing plated. Sea bass , prawns , lamb and mousakka all great.

Lamb shoulder is massive. If you're not a big eater, you could share this between 2. Chicken is a winner. Try the loukoumades for dessert .

The lamb shoulder is a must but make sure you leave room for loukoumathes (Greek donuts , gronuts?) at the end.

Everything was yummy although the baklava was too heavy on the cloves and the service was a bit hit and miss. Overall nice Melbourne cup lunch .

I like their take on a moussaka plus they do a Sunday lunch which is awesome!

Great interior & food is superb quality but very noisy . For the price you pay for a 3 course, its the biggest ripoff. Had the smallest piece of lamb , wedges. Entree was 3 pita slices. Portions v.poor

The lamb shoulder is good, as is the octopus and the chicken . Watch portions as it's not easy to judge on all menu items if an item will be big or small. Service level does not match the prices.

Bring your friends and go ala carte over yia yia. The spinach pie and moussaka are super tasty.

Below our expectations. The lamb shoulder is very dry and unevenly seasoned. The saganaki cheese is also dry. The cauliflower salad is nice.

For the non-lamb eater, try the Barrel Aged Fetta and the Spit Roasted Kurobuta Pork . Double thumbs up!!

Can say I loved any bit if the meal. Food was okay but not something to rave about and nothing wow to get me to run back. If your looking for delicious Greek food I would defiantly suggest Apollo

Mezes are great...as is the octopus and donuts ...ambience great for groups

Lofty ceilings and loungey seating. An interesting combination of flavours make up the variety in the menu.

Beautiful space. Taramasalata is worth going down on.

The wait staff were snooty and at times rude. If you sit out on the balcony expect long wait times. After drinks, had to wait 30 min just to order food. The food was nice but I won't be coming back.

Female waiters were rude. Male waiters were a lot friendlier! Must order the spinach and cheese pie . Everything else was average.

Bring ear plugs. Dangerously loud .
