Great breakfast ! Try "Huevos rancheros"! Tortilla at the bottom, beans w pork , egg (ur choice of style but sunny side is good!), country potato and chili . U can pick red or green chili . Yum!
If you haven't tried it, or are expecting it to be anything remotely like the nasty drive thru that used to be there, give it a try. I am sure you'll find it to be a new favorite breakfast stop !
The Menudo was really good but they put teeth in it I thought they said meet!
Mushroom and Spinach Omelet (w/ swiss cheese ) the Rodeo Potatoes , and a free grilled Jalapeño !
We love the country omelet and biscuits and gravy .
The chilaquiles are AMAZING!
