This is pretty much the most authentic Japanese place in town . It's probably #1 restaurant in my life as far as the number of times I ate here. Black cod , beef tataki and miso ramen ...
A huge selection of dishes that have all been tasty. Don't ignore the decore! The walls of the building are decorated with pictures of more dishes that aren't on the table menu!
Ramen can stand on its own here that's saying a lot for an izikaya - as good or better than some specialty ramen places . Everything was good especially the ramen and yakatori
The restaurant has everything from a seafood quesadilla to deep fried bacon mozzarella , squid rolls, tempura and a honey toast presentation in the shape of a box.
Everything is great. Tried different plates and everything was delicious. My new favorite Japanese place.
Sake sampler: Jokigen is great by itself. Narutotai is a little rough. Suijin is better paired with food
Authentic Japanese food 'til 4am but order by 315pm. Love it! Scared? Safe bets chicken yakitori , white or fried rice , green salad , spicy tuna roll & finish with mango or vanilla ice cream mochi .
The niku jaga is a homestyle bowl full of shredded beef , carrot and potato , in a salty soy-based broth for $4.75. Read more: http://bit.ly/12gMuec
best Japanese food in las Vegas period. Everything is great I liked the ramen , black cod , honey toast !!!
Try the red meat bluefin tuna , it’s amazing!
And of course, Honey Toast . Don't miss it, if you come here.
This is not a take out place. They'll do it, but it can be tricky. No takeaway menu or menu online. Also, no sushi pieces. Only rolls or sashimi . And other stuff. Great food though!
It's embarrassing how often I come here, I've even been here multiple times in one night. Can't be beat for authentic japanese food , has great atmosphere and cheap prices. Open until about 3 am, too.
This place is packed on weekends. Get there early and order off the wall.
A hidden gem in Vegas, cheap food and its good.
This place is an awesome local Japanese spot with great small dishes. Order off the popular board, menu, or off the walls. Everything was wonderful and the staff is super friendly .
Love the tofu salad , jalapeño fried rice and honey toast !
Skip the sushi . Black cod and honey toast were AMAZING
Beware large parties. They dish out food slowly, on Fridays. Prepare to be full by the time your friends start eating.
Yellow tail Tuna tartar and lets close it up with that famous honey toast ... #Greaseapproved
Beef tataki and honey toast ! The chicken gizzards are yummy, too.

The only thing better than the honey toast is having someone go down on you while you're eating it. Take-out, anyone?

Bring a date, sit at the bar , ask waitress what everything is then order it :-)
Usually great service but tonight we were the only ones waiting...we got no greeting so we sat as the old man finished paperwork then after a few minutes he sat a person who entered after us. We left.
Happy hour from 2:30-5:30
