Service was great! Everyone was friendly , prompt and down to earth.
So I'm at the apple store getting my phone restored and this lady is here her phone is out by 3months and they will not help her So word to the wise if you out by 1 day you will get no help!!!

Not the Apple Store I'm in. Scheduled Genius Bar 1.5 hours later. Got txt, was told not ready when got there. Was told ready, 15 minutes later, given seat at Genius Bar . Still waiting 20 minutes later
