Great place! You can always find a machine. The average age in the place is about 65.
Great environment. Indoor swimming pool . There are more machines at the ymca further up lakemont Ave.
Great zero-stress environment. It's the "senior" location.
Great gym great atmosphere...
Less crowded than the Winter Park YMCA, and just down the road .
Nice during early afternoons & Fridays b/c less people
