If you are visiting Nashville, definitely take some time to catch a show at the Opry. Fun for everyone and good views throughout. A local must see.
An historical venue to visit! I recommend it even if you aren't a fan of the country-based music they are famous for showcasing. You need a car, but there's a mall next door in case you don't have fun
It was amazing! I'm definitely coming back again! If you are just looking for a souvenir, head upstairs. There is a booth version of the opry store and isn't quite as long a line as the one downstairs
An inspiring, historically rich experience, even if you're not into country music .
The music , of course! The Saturday night show had a wide selection of C&W, Bluegrass, and a bit of Gospel - fun even for this former punk.
Every seat is a great seat. Awesome show with an excellent selection of talent, each artist with a little different style.
The backstage tour is very interesting. You get a entirely different perspective being on the stage looking into the audience.
I thought it was really commercialized. Some of the best artists have been excluded. And some who are there never play there. Best thing was the people who work there. They love their Opry.
Definitely take a tour but take the last tour of the day on the night of a show because you can see the tour bus pull in, artists check in, go into their dressing rooms and warm up on stage!!!
Great show. Brilliant performers and a great variety of country sounds from traditional to modern with comedy thrown in. Loved it!
Amazing! Great tour guide, so fun. Must do for any country music fan!
The 4,400-seat historic Grand Ole Opry House auditorium features a soundsystem consisting of JBL Vertec, to hear every strum and note of your favorite country artists . Hear the Truth.
Even through changes over the years, the musical soul of the Grand Ole Opry remains. This is where legends Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash and Tim McGraw have all performed .

Something different since it's a live radio show. I would recommend seeing people you know so it's more fun.
ryan is a great tour guide. lots of info and stories. and at the end, just pay for the souvenir pic. you will regret it if you dont.
Fantastic place to see a show! So much history here. Gift shop available.
The Music City Christmas Spectacular Featuring the Radio City Rockettes is a family tradition -- make it yours. Wonderful for young and old.
Highly recommend to lovers of great music , regardless of genre preference.
The building is nothing special, just your typical stadium-esque concert venue , but the show was great! We enjoyed the backstage tour , too.
Awesome Place!! With so much history!! You won't be Disappointed!! YearbookLife Yearbook
Lacking in the character of the Ryman, but a great venue with fantastic acoustics and great sight lines .
Amazing concert (coming from someone with no country knowledge ). I would definitely return!
I’m not a country fan, but worth a visit. Park for free in the shopping mall next door
Definitely take the backstage tour...you get your pic made on the circle stage! so cool to be a part of nashvilles history!
The tour was amazing and I highly recommend it
A bucket list item checked off - if you like music - you gotta visit.
Wonderful time. Loved the variety show aspect of it. The chicken strips from concession were actually quite tasty.
Very nice venue, though the pew-type set up was interesting. Very comfortable as well .
Shows throughout the week and GREAT tours during the day. Lots to do in this area.
If going to see a show buy tickets early as they do go quick if known artists are there no bad seats in the house though
We ordered our tickets a month in advance, then morning of the show we asked if better seats were available, and they had no problem upgrading our seats to front and center!
Tour is definitely worth the $20. Park in the mall next to the opry for free parking . Parking by the hotel is $20.
Thirsty? Try the house brew . Deep rich color and full bodied flavor, great stuff :)
Friendly people who enjoy Country Music like me
Variety of songs, country and blue grass stars, touching songs and a little cowboy comedy .
The show Nashville is part of Opry Entertainment and part of the tour .
Great show. I was lucky to catch: Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Del McCoury, Marty Stuart, Kristian Bush, The Gatlin Brothers.
The tour is great. Always grab a Goo Goo for the show and have a camera ready
President Nixon played "God Bless America" on piano during the first broadcast in the new Opry in '74. On stage, Roy Acuff taught him how to Dougie...or yo-yo. Easily confused.
It appeared we couldn't get in to a sold out concert , but when we went to the box office 90 minutes prior, they released tickets that had been reserved for the stars and we got to sit in row D- $57.
loved the entertainment! the musical guests were fantastic 🎸
The Grand Ole Opry House is a must-see! Call ahead and schedule your backstage tour if you’re heading down to Music City .
the tour takes you backstage and to through the various green rooms, then to the circle on stage.
First time for me there and enjoyed it. Chris Tomlin and Lady A were headliners.
Walking distance if you're staying at Opryland. Definitely worth checking out!
This is an amazing place!! You need a week to experience it all! It helps if you like country music . ;)
The tour is very good
I wasn't too excited about this show, but I was TOTALLY wrong. A great place to bring kids or just learn a bit about country music .
Take the Backstage Tour and snap a photo of your feet standing in the circle
We went as a group and had a great time. The performances were great. The only down sides were how late it ran and the drunk ladies sitting beside us. Anyway, I’ll be back - great time. - Doug Finch
Well worth the visit even if you know nothing about Country music. - John Broks
Love that the tour offers professional photos of this moment - Ella Howd
Out of all of the places we went while in Nashville, this bar was where I had the absolute most fun. The band playing was amazing and the atmosphere was super fun!!! Definitely want to go back. - Hannah Bodenstab
It is a must venue for music lovers. Fantastic acoustics, historic site and a cozy setting. No matter who you see here, you will have a great time. It's worth the trip. Tours are available. - David Schwartz
Everything is good. It was a rainy afternoon and we had excellent service from the woman running the bar, great drinks, and top notch nachos. Wonderful live singers. Great atmosphere. We will return. - Ronald Ferguson
Really good food and a cool atmosphere. The Tempura Mahi Mahi and Shrimp dish is delicious! - Nathan Wall
Stopped in before our movie began. Great service and the Sundae Brownie was enough for us both😋😋😋😋The waiter thought I was joking when I asked for 🥛. Excited to play Rockem Sockem @ next visit! - Taste Tester
