OMG... They were actually very nice, quick greeting, and fast service ! What happened???? Finally they are trying to compete! :)
Do they smile here? :) waited for a long time inside then the mgr came up and said "yes sir." No response or thank you after that point! No customer service at all! BK going backwards, McD great!
