Great ramen . Simple is the trademark of something good. Nevertheless not the best ramen I have in my life. The Tantanmen is missing some vinegar to kick some sour and sweet feeling being the hot sauce
Shoyu ramen is great! But they cant change from pork to beef . So it will be with pork or nothing. But it still taste great! Salmon teriyaki also nice, but little bit too salty for me.
Authentic and great ramen in zurich . Taste of the food is amazing. Have a talk with the owner. The crew and his wife are all japanese. Can't mess with this cuisine. Only downside: Price.

I have not yet found a comparable ramen . If you like it hot, go for the Tantanmen . The Tonkotsu is still my all time favorite though.

Great ramen , great chasyu, but they dial down the salty ness of the broth, especially Tonkozu. That’s very pity since the strong broth is part of the charm of a bowl of ramen .
